Instructions: How to use the CashFlow Manager
MY ACCOUNT
All you have to do is login to http://www.myCashFlowMgr.net and click on the My Account tab.
How can I update my account information?
Login and click the My Account tab, then select the My Profile link in the right margin menu, make your Personal Information updates and then click the "Update" button.
What if I forget my password?
From the LogIn screen, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your email address and a temporary password will immediately be emailed to you. Be sure to go to the My Account section and select the Change Password link to change the password to something you can remember.
How do I change my password?
Select the My Account tab, and then click the Change Password link. Enter a new password.
How do I change my login email address?
Login and click the My Account tab, then select the My Profile link in the right margin menu, make your Personal Information updates and then click the "Update" button.
How do I change my draft date or update my payment method?
Login and click the My Account tab, then select the Draft Settings link in the right margin menu, make your payment method or draft date updates and then click the "Update" button.
How do I cancel my service?
Login and click the My Account tab, then select the Cancellation link in the right margin menu, enter your reason for canceling then click the "Cancel" button.
How does the 7-Day Free Trial Program work?
Your 7-Day Free Trial period will begin the day you submit your enrollment. After the 7-Day Trial period, your credit card will be charged for the service amount selected. If you choose to cancel the service during the trial period, simply go to My Account and select the Cancellation link.
